Grape Leaf Filling:
– 1 cup of rice
– ½ a bunch of parsley
– ½ a bunch of mint
– 1 white onion
– Lemon juice of 1 lemon
– Salt
– Oil
After the filling is prepared, use the filling to stuff the grape leaves then roll them. Once the grape leaves are rolled, place them into a pressure cooker. Add lemon juice and salt on top of the grape leaves. Then, add a plate on top of the grape leaves to apply more pressure. Dissolve some salsa with water and add it to the pressure cooker until the corners of the plate are covered. Leave the grape leaves in the pressure cooker for about 30 minutes.
