Prepare:

  • One finely chopped onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 250g of grounded beef
  • 1.8 kg of finely chopped spinach
  • Seven spices
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

In a pot, with a little bit of oil, add the onions and garlic on heat for a couple of minutes, then add the ground beef and reason it the leave it until fully cooked. Then add the spinach into the pot with about 1 cup of water and leave the dish on heat for around 10 minutes.

The dish is usually eaten with rice and yogurt or a lemon squeeze while plating.
