• 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 2 liters of chicken stock
  • 1 cup of oat

In a pot, add some oil or butter then fry the onion until golden, then add the tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the stock and bring to a boil and add the oats.

  • Salt
  • ½ tsp of cumin
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • ½ tsp of cardamom

Add the spices to the pot and boil the soup until it thickens up.
