Prepare:
- 5 eggs
- ¼ cup of milk
- 100g of mushroom (based on preference)
- Rosemarry (based on preference)
- Salt and black pepper
- Cheese (based on preference)
On low heat with a little bit of oil or butter then fry the mushroom with the rosemary, then add the eggs and milk and cook on low heat until almost fully cooked turn off the heat and add the cheese and reason the let it continue cooking off heat for a minute or two.
