In a food processor:
- 4 Large tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4/5 leaves of basil
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 1 cup of water
Blend until smooth in texture, then bring a pot to a boil with oil and butter
In pot:
- 4 cloves of smashed garlic
- 1 liter of cooking cream
- The tomato mixture
Start off by adding the garlic on low heat, then increase the heat and cook for around 10 minutes, and lastly add the cream. After cooking the sauce, add cheese based on preference and around 10 leaves of finely chopped basil.
Cook the preferred amount of pasta and incorporate it with the sauce.
