- 3 cups of milk
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl.
- 4 cups of flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the wet ingredients while stirring the mixture. Add a negligible amount of oil or butter to a nonstick pan and fry the pancakes on medium heat.
