In a bowl:
- 200g of melted butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ tsp of vanilla
- 1 ¼ of milk
- Lemon shreds (optional)
Mix the wet ingredients well until fully incorporated
In a separate bowl:
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 tsp of baking powder
Mix the dry ingredients and add them gradually, incorporating the wet ingredients until fully mixed. Grease a cake pan with butter and flour it. The cake should be baked for about 45 minutes.
